    Your school from where you passed out will provide when you will go to collect your all certificates.

    buddy I had passed 12 last year(2016) and I asked my school for issuing new certificate but they said that the certificate is issued for once.

    character certificate is valid for only 1 year

    Go to your nearest police station and ask them that you wanted a character certificate , fill a form and they will provide you , Hope this helps..
