No you can't apply for the Military Nursing Service (MNS). Students in their final year of schooling can only apply.B.Sc in Nursing is an undergraduate course in India. The course is offered as a 4-year undergraduate programme for all students who have cleared class 12th from the stream of science. For more information you can visit the following link:
