20s are not very late to start your college if your are thinking about course like MBBS, it's a quality course and ofcourse will take time, you are going to treat someone after this so like upon what will you get after admission in MBBS instead of other things.
Some of the tips you can follow for NEET are
1) Follow the NCERT books strictly
2) Revise all the topics thoroughly
3) Highlight the important topics for last minute revision
4) Attempt more and more questions to boost up your confidence level
5) Attempt 2-3 mock tests and previous year questions/papers
6) Stay away from any distractions
7) Watch toppers interviews and motivational videos in free time

NTA has removed age restriction and number of attempts for reappear in NEET UG examination.

Give NTA mock tests , give 2tests per day but do not forget to review the answers and note the mistakes you did in that test.

Reading NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standard line by line ,
practicing daily Mcqs,
Revise Formulas of physics
Revise named reactions of chemistry
Doing all this will help you secure a very good rank .
Make a notebook and add the extra points which you found new. Work on your weak points.
Revise it Daily .
Study for atleast 6-7hours per day with focus and concentration .
After all this Spend some time with your family and/or go for a walk.

Hi,
As per the official notification released by the NMC on March 9, 2022, the age limit for NEET eligibility criteria has been removed. So, candidates above the age of 17 years can apply for NEET examination. Earlier, the upper age limit of NEET 2022 was 25 years for general category and 30 years for reserved category candidates.
Also there is no restrictions on the maximum NEET attempt limit.
