Yes dear you can apply for 85% state quota seats as you've done your entire schooling in TN itself. So need not to worry and prepare well- study smart.!

So what about the domicile ceritificate mam?

If a student has done his/her entire schooling or 10+ years schooling in a particular state then the domicile certificate has to be of that state only as per rules.
For further documents related information you need to go to the registrar office in person as such rules variate somewhat from state to state.
