You have fair chances of getting a government college in up under your state quota as per your category i.e SC as you have mentioned .I can say this by taking into account last year least marks to secure a seat under state quota which was 372 marks in government medical College, Jalaun under state quota . Remember that Cutoff varies every year on the basis of number of students appearing in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of students scoring more than you and category to which you belong.
