Good to see that you have scored 82% in Class 12. Yes you should apply for Delhi University. Go for the entrance examination and try to score good marks. Because otherwise you may not be able to get admission in some top colleges of Delhi University. The options of college available for you in DU evre depends upon the choice of subjects.

You have 50-50 chances of getting admission.

A girl will get  1% relaxation in co-ed du colleges in some courses.

Acc. to this year rules, a girl passing 12th from govt. Schools will get more relaxation.

It is tough to get admission in bcom ( hons)  but u may get admssn in bcom( prog).

The cut-off to get admission in DU is more than 90%. Since you scored only 82% in your 12th boards you are not eligible to get admission. But you can try writing DU entrance test and get good marks in it to secure good seat in the university.
