Dear Sandeep

If we go by previous year admission trends through NEET 2018, it is difficult to secure an MBBS admission through All India Quota under OBC category in a government college with a score of 290. However, it might be possible to get an admission under OBC quota through state quota in the state for which you are eligible as per your domicile and other requirements. However rank you might get will play a huge role in the admissions.

Y ou may calculate your rank through Rank Predictor tool of NEET 2018 which can help you predict your NEET 2018 rank based on your scores in NEET 2018.

Hope it helps.

All the best!
