Definitely, you can choose VIT Vellore as per your rank in VITEEE from any of VIT Counceling Centre across india. At the VIT counselling center, you will be able to find out the availability of seats for different branches in different participating institutes. At that point, if VIT Vellore will have vacant seat then you can get admission to Vellore Campus.

Mam it is true that we can choose any VIT campus from any other VIT branches across India???My rank is around 8000 then can I go to VIT Bhopal for counceliing and take any branch for VIT Vellore?

Ma'am if my rank in VIT is 4000 and I want to get admission in Vellore campus,can I attend the counseling at Bhopal?
