Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but no you're not eligible for GATE. As eligibility criteria says either B.E OR B.TECH or Master’s in science relevant subject. As you mentioned you've completed your BCA so you're. Not eligible.

ELIGIBILITY - Candidates must hold Bachelor degree in B.E/B.tech or Master’s degree in any science relevant subject.

There's no age limit for gate entrance examination.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you no you are not eligible for M.TECH as only 4 year degree course that is B.TECH is eligible for gate exam. But you can certainly give gate examination after doing M.C.A after that you can give gate exam.
