Dear Aspirant,
Both of the branches are polar opposite to each other and if you have interest in computer and software technologies, then go for IT, or better go for CSE.
However, if you are interested in technologies used in agriculture and all the chemical involved in the process then you should go for Agriculture engineering.
Both of them have good placements in the near future, however, the job profile will be polar opposite and the work you will be doing in both of these engineering are a lot different then one another.
So you should figure out your interest, if you have only slightest interest to any one of them. then go for that branch.
