As u mentioned thay you are studying for bachelor's degree so u first have to complete you bachelors degree then only you can apply for CDs and UPSC because jobs from these exams are given to graduated individuals.

But can start preparing from now and strat giving exams after your graduation.

For CDS Exam, you are studying for bachelor degree and have to pass the final year degree examination can also apply but you will be required to subject proof of passing the degree examination by a date to be specified in the commission's notice for the examination

And For Upsc ,You have to complete Graduation Degree First.
