Clat examis for 5 year integrated course since you are already doing graduation so now the option left for you is LLM that is masters in law and for that you can give clat once your graduation in done. So as per question yes you can definitely give Clat exam.

It means i cant do llb now? Directly i have tk do llm??

Through clat you cannot do llb because they don't have 3 year llb course
You can't do LLB from CLAT. Because clat is only for 5 yeat courses.
As you've done graduation you can go for 3 year LLb courses. There are other entrances for the same like DU LLB, PU LLB, SLAT, LSAT, MHCET etc
