To apply for UGC NET, candidate needs to have secured atleast 55% marks in Master's Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC as per UGC net eligibility criteria. Since you have done a diploma and not degree, you must ensure the equivalence of your diploma with Masters Degree of recongnized Indian Universities from Association of Indian Universities website.

UGC NET exam is conducted by NTA for aspirants who want to make a career in lectureship or in the research field. This exam is for non-science stream graduates, for science-stream graduates there is a CSIR NET exam similar to this.
As you have stated that you’re doing post-graduation in yoga, you can appear in UGC NET exam. Make sure you have at least 55% aggregate marks if you are from general category (50% aggregate marks if belong to SC/ST/PwD/OBC category) according to ugc net 2019 selection process developed by NTA.
There is no restriction on the number of attempts or age limit if you are appearing for Assistant Professor exam only, but if you are appearing for JRF exam too then age limit is 30 years (5 years age relaxation for SC/ST/PwD/OBC or female candidates).
