According to last year, the cutoff for the general category was 606 and the closing rank was 1178 for Medical.
For state quota, it was 506 marks and 1105 rank.
In 2017, the cutoff for medical was 618 marks and the closing rank was 1481.
For state quota, it was 590 marks and 3922 rank.

The cutoff last year for Pt Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak was 606 last year for general all India category. This year's cutoffs are also expected to be similar, so your chances of admission are low.
