Hello,
Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Deemed Universities. Use NEET College Predictor to Check Your MBBS/BDS Chances in All India Quota, Deemed Universities & State Quota seat Based on Your NEET AIR

hope this will help you
good luck :)
With your score in NEET you are eligible to take admission in any private colleges, but if you go for deemed universities in private college, there is tough competition so there are chances that you might not make it up to there, but you still can try.
Good luck and best wishes.
Based on your marks in NEET this year, you probably can get a private medical college either through state quota or through management qouta. Chances through state qouta are quite less although.
Good luck.
