Hello student,

There may be a bug in the website of Delhi University which occurs frequently due to large number of applicants signing up. The last date to fill the forms for postgraduate registrations is June 17 2019. You are not required to panic but wait tell the site is functioning properly and you are able to submit your form. If this happens after some time too, then please contact the concerned authorities of DU admission on their helpline numbers.

Their is no need to panic as you can fill out the forms till 17th of July. You can wait for the server to reopen, or you can go to cyber cafe where forms are filled up and get the job done.
