I m final year student Nd having backlog. Nd i am also going to appear in gate 2018. my problem is any there problem arises after clearing

No, there will be no problem as you are eligible for M.Tech colleges and PSUs both but the only condition is you will have to submit the final year marksheet at the time of interview for PSUs or at the time of NITs/IITs counseling.
