General Category: 469
OBC: 429
SC: 373
ST: 169
So, unless you are from ST Category, you cannot get a seat in a Government Medical College. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
