Well getting a government medical college seat in government medical colleges with that marks and even in government dental colleges is not possible as your marks are pretty low for that according to your category.
For BAMS the chances are low as the cut off goes around 450+ for general category students but still slight chances are there because of differences among states.
You can consider private colleges if you are comfortable with that.
