The marks you have secured is fair enough, but it won't get you admission in any government MBBS college or for BDS. For BAMS course you have some chances of getting a government college. Because you see, this year's cut off marks are higher than previous years so for MBBS course in a government college, an UR category Candidate would require minimum 550+.
