If you want to get into top government colleges you need to take JEE 2018 test.  So that by depending upon your rank you can join in top nit's and if you're qualify for JEE advanced then by depending on your rank they will give you seat in IITS.

You should apply for JEE. Almost all govt. colleges including NIT Jamshedpur accept JEE scores.
You may also apply for Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE)

You can fill those forms which can open the gate for you in the government colleges for this you can fill the form for JEE, WBJEE. If you clear this test then it would open the gate for you to take the admission  in every NIT as well as in DTU NSIT and various other good government colleges.
