Hey why aren't you trying in government medical colleges itself? U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah had cutoff 492 marks last year and might have max around 515 this year. Also, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow had cutoff 469 marks last year. So these are the colleges you can get with your marks easily.

And some private colleges with fees around 7-8 lacs are Saraswati Institute of Medical Sciences, Hapur (last year cutoff was 384 marks) , Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences, Varanasi (last year cutoff was 498 marks).
