I m get a percentage of 59 in BA English degree can I apply the law course.what is percentages take an the students of below and get a law?

Yes you are eligible for law.

An unreserved category needs 50%,
Where as Sc/St needs 45% score to get admission in LAW.
.
You also need to pass CLAT with minimum 45% to 50% im exam to do LAW course.
And age limit it 30 years.
