i m getting 103.75 marks in clat 2019 ...and i m an obc category student without any state domicile or state obc..will i get any nlu?

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 1600-2300. If you fall in OBC category and you have the state domicile of the following then you have some chances in NLUs like
- RGNUL Patiala
- CNLU Patna
- NUALS Kochi
- NUSRL Ranchi
- NLUJA Guwahati
