I m getting 376 in NEET UG 19 and MBC Category of TamilNadu. Is there any chance to admission of Govt Medical college in TN?

Hii,
The final admission to Medical Colleges depends on the NEET score, Category and Home state. Your NEET marks are not sufficient to get a government college. If you are from a reserved category SC/ST you will get good Medical College . Since you are from Home state Domicile you will have an advantage.
