i m getting 528 marks rank : 33868 belongs to obc category up domicile and delhi domicile .. can i get govt. college mbbs in up or delhi ?

Well getting a government medical college in Delhi with marks seems difficult, although your category may help but still possibility is still less.
As far as UP is concerned, there you have good chances of getting a seat with your marks and category combination.
