I m getting 540-550 in NEET 2018 I belong to obc category from Telangana Can I get seat in osmania or Gandhi medical college of Hyderabad??

In previous year, the closing rank for Gandhi Medical college was 24654 (required marks approx 500) and for Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad it was 4149 and for that approx score should be above 580 so as per your above said score you have average chances to get seat there.
