Firstly congratulations for your results .

as you scored good you can expect IITs or NITs for M.Tech or may PSUs such ass :-

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)
National Aluminum Company Ltd
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL)
Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL)
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC)
National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd (NTPC)

According to the previous year cutoff you can try for following PSUs.

1. AAI

2. NPCIL

3. BHEL

4. NTPC

5. HPCL

6. ONGC

Apply for following PSUs, chances of getting shortlisted are high. After shortlisting you will have to undergo personal interview.
