hi!

BHMS Course (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) is an undergraduate degree programme of 5½ year academic session and BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) is a five - year course and the only educational and professional programme of dental surgery in India which is equivalent to MBBS degree and owns the domain “Dr”. This is certainly not appropriate to say which course is better because both courses are branches of medical science. Here I am giving you details of both program and I hope it will help you to figure it out that which course you might be interested in.

BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) Dentistry involves the treatment and prevention of a wide range of diseases related to the mouth. The main aim of BDS program is to produce a dentist who is socially acceptable and is able to work safely and effectively on patients in diagnosis, prevention and treatment of dental and oral diseases. IN BDS course, the students are taught about the denture, dental problems and surgery. It a job oriented degree program. After completion of BDS program, one can become a doctor in government or private hospital, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing industries. You can take the challenge to pursue BDS course if you have enthusiasm, hard-working attitude in the study and have a focused mind.

HMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) is a 3rd most popular medical program in the field of medication system and alternative form of medicine in India, it uses the principle of 'Like can cure like' to cure all diseases. The course covers the detailed medical knowledge of the Homeopathy admission and the job prospects in the country. Students holding BHMS degree can pursue a career as a homoeopathic doctor after the completion of the course. A homoeopathic doctor provides quick and gentle cures and helps to enhance the natural healing power in the human body.
