I m giving my srmjeee exam but I'm a computer science student in my puc what about biology section in it, is it compulsory ?
Hello Rahul,
The eligibility criteria for SRMJEEE is that the candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from any state board within India, CBSE, ISCE, Matriculation, or NIOS. However, candidates who are appearing in 10+2 in the academic year can also apply for SRMJEEE. It is to note that candidates who have completed both their 10 and 10+2 from NIOS will not be eligible for SRMJEEE. International Baccalaureate (IB) with Diploma, or an A-level with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology / Botany & Zoology / Biotechnology as subjects from any international school will be eligible for admission through SRMJEEE. The main subjects are Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics but for those who are opting for B.Tech Biotechnology, they will have to appear in the exam for Biology instead of Maths. Good Luck!
