Hello.

Regarding your question No you cannot apply for the exam as in its qualification maths in compulsory in graduation level that is in Bsc. So you are not eligible for the entrance test.

I suggest look for other exams. And courses.

All the very best for your future.

Hi Pranav,

Hope you are doing well, I am sorry to say the truth that you are not eligible for NIMCET. The minimum educational qualification for NIMCET is as below

  • B.Sc/B.Sc (Hons)/ BCA / BIT of minimum three years full-time from a recognized University with Mathematics/Statistics as one of the subjects.
  • Candidates from the open university are also eligible for NIMCET

Since you do not have maths in your graduation you are not eligible for NIMCET. Hope I have clarified your query regarding NIMCET. Any other queries related to NIMCET are always welcome.

I think it helps you!!!

Keep Smiling:)

Wish you good luck!:)

I am a B.sc(Hons) Computer Science student and I am in the 2nd year . I am having a confusion regarding the eligibilty criteria for NIMCET exam. I don't have Mathatics/Statistics as one of my subject in my Bachelor's degree. However , I have Discrete Mathematics as one of the subject in the 2nd semester of my Bachelor's degree. So , will discrete mathematics be considered ? Will I be eligible for NIMCET exam ?
