See if you want to apply for any government medical college in state other than your domicile then you have to apply for it through 15% All India Quota counselling but you cannot apply for Private medical colleges in other state through All India Quota counselling. You can get admission to that particular private medical college of Haryana through Direct admission, provided that you must have appeared in counselling of NEET but did not got the seat.
