It's good that you want to start your JAM preparation early. First of all you need to complete the syllabus of jam for physics with crystal clear concept. The syllabus is provided below for Jam physics along with the book you should follow for them :-
You should a prepare a time-table keeping in mind all the units and topics and keep daily targets and achieve them and keep revising what you learn. And once you complete the whole syllabus you should go for mock test papers.
