The minimum age of the candidates must be 17 years by the December 31,2026 to be eligible for the exam. But as you won't be 17 years,you won't be able to give exam. However,you can utilise this time to prepare more for the exam. Many of the student even take a drop to make their fundamental strong and to score better in the exam. You can also utilise your time to make strong foundation of the subject and as you will get more time ,you can practice many mock test and sample papers that will definitely boost your preparation and will enhance your score. If you will complete 17 years in 2026 then you must be having certificates as your age proof . On the basis of those certificates you can apply for neet 2026 .
Also if your aadhar card is showing wrong birth date then you can correct your Date of birth in aadhar card . There is still one year in 2026 by the time you must update your aadhar card. For that you can visit the nearest aadhar card office ( center) with your real birth date proof , get appointment and accordingly you will be called at the center for biometrics and after 15 days or a month you will get your updated or new aadhar card . That's it .
