I m in obc ncl category and all india rank is 45915 in jee main 2020 and NTA score is 86.2744265.Am I eligible for admission in HBTU KANPUR in any branch.

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question your CRL rank will be around 165679 - 120612. On such rank and category you have no chances of getting in to HBTU Kanpur as per previous year's cut-off.
