For banking you need to graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

Course you can choose are MBA,Diploma courses, etc which will help in your career growth.

Candidates are required to have a Graduation (Degree) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India/Any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Candidates must possess a valid Marksheet/Degree Certificate while registering online..For banking you can go for MBA in banking management or a normal mba if you want to work in private banks. But if you're targeting only public sector banks then getting graduation degree is minimum to make yourself eligible for taking entrance tests. Then you need to join some institute to get yourself prepared for the bank exams..
