i m muslim who is bc-e category in state level but do not come under OBC central list hence will considered in general category in all india level so can i apply for ews certificate if i meet ews income criteria and apply under ews quota next time?

Yes, even if you belong to the general category and come under the economically weaker section, you may apply that quota the next time you fill up a form.
