Hey aspirant ,
No , it's not like that if you haven't computer subject as in you +2 then you can find any difficulty in doing software engineering.
See, many students are from non computer field but they choose software engineering as a career. They are not find any difficulty in doing that and also they are placed with highest package too.
Look , if you want to do software engineering then in first year of graduation you have basic subjects and your faculty will teach you with basic. They also starts from basic as they also think that you all have not knowledge about computer before.
So, don't be panic and tensed. Just relax and go without any burden.
I hope you are clear now.
Revert back if any query.
Thank you !!
Hi aspirant,
It would be absolutely problem if you have not studied information technology or any programming language in your intermediate. Most of the people from the science background do not have such subjects and they still manage to excell in the college period. It Is always good to have some pre requisites about any particular subject as it helps in understanding things better but it is not at all compulsory. Also the faculties for computer Science and Engineering understand the same and start teaching from the basics of programming so that everyone could understand it equally. Generally after completing your 12th board examinations and before starting of the college, students have ample time of 1 to 2 months where one can learn the basics of programing. You can start with easy programming languages such as Java or python by learning from free resources such as YouTube and geeks for geeks to strengthen your knowledge.
Hope it helps!!
