If you haven't qualified NEET you cannot get admission in BAMS or for that matter any other medical course such as MBBS/BDS/B.U,M.S etc because NEET is compulsory in order to take admission in all these courses, even if you wish to take the route of management quota in private colleges, then also qualifying NEET is compulsory, if you still wish to pursue your career in this field, then consider the option of re-appearing this year for NEET, as of NTA hasn't released the official schedule though you may stay updated at ntaneet.nic.in for latest updates regarding this, usually NEET is conducted in the first Sunday of May though this year a delay is expected as board exams too have been shifted from May onwards.

Unfortunately not, see if you are seeking admission in BAMS course than you have to appear for NEET and qualify it. But don't worry you can appear again for NEET as there is no attempt limit or upper age limit, provided that you satisfies the below mentioned eligibility criteria.
You should have passed your class 12th/PUC with Physics, Biology and Chemistry as mandatory subjects and also you should have your minimum aggregate of 50% separately in theory as well as practical part for Unreserved category, 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD certificate holders. Also note that in your curriculum English subject should also be there.
As there is no upper age limit for NEET but there is minimum age limit for NEET which is 17 years which means that if you want to appear for NEET 2021 the you must have completed your 17 years on December 31st 2021, if all above eligibility criteria are fulfilled by you then you can appear for NEET UG 2021.

As NEET 2021 applications are not out yet so after it gets released you can apply for NEET 2021 by following the given process :-
> Very first step is to visit https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/welcome.aspx and fill out the application form, then on first menu you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.
> Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.
> Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images such as your passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format), Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format), Class 10th certificate (100-300 Kb in JPG Format), Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-50 Kb in JPG format) and postcard size photograph (50-300 Kb in JPG Format).
> Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.
> Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.
