Surbhi, if you have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 12th, yo uare eligible for NEET. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Considering the fact that you are studying your Graduation, you must be 17 years old and you also fufil the age criteria. Your code will be 02. Code 02 says: The Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of such study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology (which shall include practical tests in these subjects) and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training after introduction of the 10+2+3 educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education.

Details that you need on hand:
A valid Mobile number, A valid Email id, class 10th and 12th details, correct spelling of your Father and Mother's name, Aadhar no# last 4 digits, Class 12 roll no# as issued by the Board, Scanned images, Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking Details. Registration: All the communication from NTA will be online and through email so it is important to give an email id and mobile number that are in regular use. Uploading of Photograph: Instructions Must be latest passport picture in a white background with the Name of the candidate and date written on the photograph. The Size must be 50 Kb to 300 Kb and format should be JPG.
The focus has to be on the face with 80% coverage and ears clearly visible.
Uploading of Post Card size photograph: Instructions:
Must be latest post card size picture in a white background with the Name of the candidate and date written on the photograph. The Size must be 10 Kb to 100 Kb and format should be JPG Uploading of Signature: Instructions Candidates must sign with a black pen on a white background in JPG format with a file size of 4 Kb to 30 Kb
Uploading of Left hand thumb impression: Instructions:
The file size should be 10kb-50kb in JPG/JPEG format.
Class 10th Passing certificate: Instructions:
File size of 100kb to 400 kb in JPG/JPEG format.
Payment: It is Rs. 1500 for General Category. EWS and NCL OBC have to pay Rs.1400 and Rs. 800 for SC/ST/PWD/TransGender and the Payments can be made through Debit/Credit Cards or Net banking OR offline through SBI Echallan to be paid in cash in the nearest SBI branch. Print out: Take a print out of the Confirmation page for all future references
