I m private candidate and as per notification I am not eligible for neet now.So if i fill the form then what to write in place of institute?

Dear Student,

According, to the new eligibility criteria open school students are not eligible to apply for NEET exam so there is no use to fill the application form as it will get rejected.

In open school students can study without coming to school.
NIOS is the board of education under the Union Government of India.
It is the national board that administers examinations for Secondary and Senior Secondary examinations of open schools similar to the CBSE and the CISCE.
