The state quota seats in Maharashtra is divided to 70% regional quota and 30% state quota. These regional seats are reserved for candidates from Vidarbha, Marathwada and Rest of Maharashtra (RoM) region. Within these quotas, the constitutional quota and 30% state quota for female aspirants are also reserved.
