I m scoring 31 marks in gate 2018 civil engineering and I m from general category...am I eligible for Nit's?

Depends on cut off .. i you get selected .. then chances of nit is there .. but you can get admission in regional or state college

I am OBC and wrote gate in 2019.. my mark is 32.01.i want to know whether i will get any NITs.

Well, your eligibility solely depends on the  cutoff provided by the NIT'S. I am afraid to say that  for general category descent score of  32-35  is considered most of the time. So considering you on the margin you may or may not get. It's like 60:40 chances.  Good luck !
