Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing well
It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 212272 - 252422 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students
Here is the link for the rank predictor

So in year 2020 cut off marks for delhi (general category) was
1.Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi - 670marks
2. Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi- 638 marks .
So your score is very less to get govt seat .
So you can check previous year cut off marks from the link given below

Further you can use college predictor tool too to know about the colleges you can get

Good luck
Hope it helps
