Yes, you can easily get government seat for bams in state quota but it  will be difficult for you to get government seat for mbbs , bams or bds in all  India quota as the cutoff remains high. Since you didn't mention the name of your state ; so , it is difficult to predict college for you in state.

You can go for both aiq and state quota. But if you go for state quota you'll get bams college. As for AIQ quota the cutoff always increases so there is no guarantee you can get a bams seat but you should try for aiq seats too.

You have max possibility of getting state quota seats than AIQ seats. As AIQ seats are less and the merit is high.
