With your score you have less chances of getting into government medical colleges through All india quota aas the cut off is usually high , however you still have chances of getting into government medical college of your state under 85% quota.
With 520 NEET score your Overall Percentile will be around 96.97 - 97.47 and your NEET AIR Rank will be around 39425 - 50575
However these information is based on last years cutoff and as cutoff changes every year depending on factors like difficulty of exam and number of candidates and the recent COVID19 situation etc.
