Dear Sir/Ma'm, with this marks you won't be able to get a seat through the 15% All India Quota counseling. So, you must focus on the 85% state quota counseling where you have faint chances. Since, you haven't mentioned us the name of your domiciliary state, we were not able to come up with the probable colleges.

Well, after going through and analysing the previous year cut offs, you would get admission into a government medical college. If you fall in St hills, than it is sure to get. However, you may not get in All India Quota,but will hopefully get through your state quota.

see every year cutoff changes, and it is really difficult to predict the cutoff right now. it depends on difficulty level of neet exam , number of candidates participating in, seat matrix etc.
however 350+ score would be on safe side.
