Hello,

First of all i must say a good choice of getting into film industry and also a bold choice.

Now if you want to get into directory filed, taking up journalism may be a good choice for you. Also while completing your journalism you can do internships in the industry to gain field knowledge and experience, later you can join a film school to gain a precise knowledge about it.

Now to get into acting side i would suggest to get into a acting school and learn acting very well. Also some major contacts in the industry will make it little bit easy to get into it.

Hope this helps you.

All the best.

Yes it will take time but remember,
Rolls Royce takes 6 months to manufacture 1 car and Honda takes 6 days.
Quality is important.
And it totally is worth giving so much time if you have got passion for it.
