Don't worry you will get IIT for sure as your rank is pretty good. But just check once and let us know what you have filled below IIT Gandhinagar. If it is that you have filled no option of IIT below the option that you are getting, then there is a chance of loosing IITs. But if it is not so, you will get the same college as the mock round because your rank is good to get that college.
