i made a mistake while typing adha rcard number in BITSAT preferences form. Will if affect my admission or is there any help for me ??

Your choice shouldn't be affected because even if you accidentally typed the incorrect Aadhar number, the Aadhar Photo that you must have uploaded can still verify it. The aadhar Photo can be used to cross check it in the end, and the purpose of having several documents is to allow authorities to clearly confirm your identity and the validity of your documents by using a variety of documents.
